 How Confident Am I?

So how confident are you?  This assessment will allow you to measure where you see yourself with regard to your levels of confidence and self-esteem.

We recommend that you take this test every 3 months to compare and contrast your scores.

With the resources at New Day Coaching,  you can improve the scores in no time at all.

Print this page and rate your belief in each of the following statements from 0 - 10 with 0 meaning that you think the statement is completely untrue and not at all how you view yourself and 10 meaning you think it is completely true for you.

1. I like myself

2. I am as good as everyone else

3. When I look at myself in the mirror, I like what I see

4. I don't feel like an overall failure

5. I am happy to be me

6. I respect myself

7. I'd rather be someone else

8. What others say to me has no effect

9. I enjoy communicating with others

10. I have the skills and qualities to make myself a success

11. I like to take risks

12. I am not afraid to make mistakes

13. I can laugh at myself

Now total your scores and rate your levels of confidence using the following scale:

100 - 130
You have a high level of self esteem and confidence. It is matter of fine tuning and increasing your confidence in a couple of areas.

65 - 99
You have a medium to high ranking of confidence and self esteem. While you're okay most of the time, there are times when you can feel badly about yourself.  You need to grow more consistent feelings of confidence and learn to experience these more regularly.

30 - 64
You have low levels of confidence and self esteem. You lack confidence in yourself in most areas and need to design an overall confidence-building plan.

0 - 29
You have reached rock bottom and think that everything and everyone is against you, including the most important person -- YOU!  You're stuck in a rut and need to get out of it
