Cindy, Your E-zine is so amazing. It came to me when I needed it the very most. I  know I have said this in the past, but it bears repeating: I cannot thank you enough. Everything you send reaches me when I need it the most.

Thank you for all the encouragement and all the great coaching.

Sincerley, Ericka M. Dawydko

It's easy to perform self-hypnosis and also very relaxing -- and, no, there's no chance that you'll get "stuck" in the hypnotic state and remain there forever!

*Note: you may want to print these instructions before starting.

  • Click here to access the hypnospiral which can be downloaded to your computer if you wish, or you can just view it on-line. (Select either spiral)
  • Sit straight in your chair, both feet uncrossed and flat on the floor.
  • Take 3 slow deep breaths and begin to relax
  • Starting either at your head or your feet begin to relax the muscles in each area of your body.
  • Stare at the hypnospiral for 2 or 3 minutes.  Your vision may begin to soften and blur, or your eyelids may begin to feel heavy and you may have trouble keeping them open.  It's perfectly all right to close them.
  • During this 2 or 3 minutes,  repeat the following to yourself several times:
    • I feel calm.  I feel relaxed.  I feel in control.   I am calm.  I am relaxed.  I am in control.
  • When you feel ready, open your eyes feeling awake and refreshed and ready to go on with your day.

Disclaimer:  The viewer uses this hypnotic device at his/her own risk. Although I believe this program to be safe, I accept no responsibility for any problems caused by it.  It should not be used for an extended period of time or you may get a headache.   ~~~ Cynthia Kozak
