Cindy -- Life is good for me right now, I have lost 65 pounds and am feeling so much better about life.  I think of you also when I use my treadmill, go for a walk outside and eat healthy. Thanks for the influence that you had in my life.

Hello Cindy,
 
Please be advised that I do practice my daily morning meditation.   Probably
missed 2 or 3 mornings that started before I was fully awake.  It  certainly
made a difference most days this past tax season.  Family  members commented on my ability to stay calmer and appeared to be less  stressed out about
situations and problems that inevitably arise.
 
Wishing you success with enrollment and looking forward to attending  future
